Unfortunately, the only way that you will know that someone is looking at your resume, will be if they respond to your CV. Just as facilities do not know who is looking at their job ads unless you respond to one.

What information about me is visible to employers? Top
If you reply to a job posting using our tools then they will see your contact information along with any message that you have typed in, they will also be able to view your CV if you attached it.
If you post your CV and do not check “Keep my information confidential” employers or agencies with job postings will be able to view your profile information along with your CV.
